Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags intact).

• Sale items and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please email us at contactsalamfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
